RETURN POLICY
If you have any doubts or questions, please sent an email to anaurvina@gmail.com and let’s chat before place an order. We do not offer returns unless there is a damage in the art piece through the shipping process.
If there is any issue with a piece once it has arrived, however, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we’ll absolutely work with you to make it right. Every buyer has a 7-day period after the artwork has been delivered to notify us. If there is damage to the artwork, you have the choice to either be reimbursed for the price of fixing the artwork or refunded in full, including the cost of shipping. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
Please note that artwork is photographed with the best lighting available to represent the true color of each painting; however, not all computer monitors are the same, and colors may vary slightly from the actual work.
